Aisling Ghéar's 'Stones in his Pockets' is back on the road! It’s part of the Féile an Phobail at the Cultúrlann on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st July before heading to Irishfest – the largest Irish Cultural Festival in the USA, in Milwaukee later in the year.

We're delighted that our Patron, Gabriel Byrne was a winner at the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards in January this year, picking up the award for - Best TV Actor in a Drama.

Aisling Ghéar's 'Stones in his Pockets' is back on the road! This is the award-winning, hilarious and sometimes poignant tale of a quiet Irish community and the change wrought by the arrival of a massive Hollywood movie shoot. Universally loved by all who see it, the entire story is brought to life by two hugely talented actors – Jack Walsh of ‘Killinaskully’ fame and Tony Devlin currently starring in ‘Seacht’, who play a staggering 15 characters between them in a triumph of characterization and physical comedy. From the two cheeky Irish lads intent on becoming big movie players to the ‘Dahling’ Diva Hollywood lead actress, whose ‘Oiirish’ accent leaves a lot to be desired...

The company are delighted to be able to take part in Culture Night on 24th September and we’re ‘bi-locating’! We’ll be participating in both in Belfast and Dublin’s Culture Nights with 2 very different programmes.

In Belfast we’re starting at Cultúrlann McAdam Ó Fiaich with a performance of our hugely successful and ‘just back from Irishfest, Milwaukee’ show – ‘Stones in his Pockets’, before heading into Rosemary St in the city centre to perform the show outdoors with some very special guests – the great Belfast public!
For Dublin’s Culture Night we’re in the Coach House at Dublin Castle with a unique theatre workshop for 6-10 year olds. Fun and games, vocal/physical exercises and basic stage craft aimed at encouraging creativity, confidence and co-operation. Led by experienced Tutors. Mums and Dads are most welcome. Booking is essential. Call the Company’s office or drop us an email.

Our highly regarded schools’ production of ‘An Triail’ has become a yearly event and is now firmly set on the schools’ calendar. It continues to provide valuable support for teaching staff while offering students the opportunity to experience a quality theatrical production of a timeless Irish language drama.
